Can I purchase products if I live elsewhere?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All of our store products can be posted nationally. They are also available for store pick up and local delivery with the following postcodes: DY11, DY12 & DY13 by arrangement.
 
Lighters from our Zippo collection can be posted worldwide.

Can you deliver to my address outside of these postcodes.

Accepted Answer

At the moment we are delivering within a 5 mile radius of the shop.

Is there a minimum order amount for local delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Orders must be over £10 for local delivery. There is a £1 delivery charge which will be added at checkout. Orders over £30 will be delivered free of charge.

I've placed an order and selected to pick up from the store. When can I pick up my items?

Accepted Answer

You will receive an email or a call from the shop when your shopping is ready for you to pick up.

Do you supply bags when picking up from the store?

Accepted Answer

We supply reuseable bags at £1 per bag, recompostable bags are supplied free.
